Delayed Bus Run for AM-Bus 19, PM-Bus 19 and PM-Bus 9 on December 1, 2023
Hello Ida Families, this is Ida Public Schools. Due to a staffing shortage, we do not have enough drivers to cover all runs tomorrow, Friday December 1 . As a result, we will be enacting our delayed run protocol to ensure all students have access to and from their school. If your student rides bus 19, their pickup time will be approximately 50 minutes later than normal.
As for the afternoon, if your student rides bus 19 or bus 9, your students will be brought home on a sub bus after it completes it's normal run. If you choose to pick up your student at the end of the day, please relay this choice to the building staff. Also, if you choose to make other transportation arrangements, please consider carpooling to reduce the impact on traffic. Again, this delay is for bus 19 both AM and PM , then bus 9 PM only.
