MINUTES         

1.       At 6:03 p.m. Mike Mero Jr., President, called the meeting to order.

Roll call of board members

Present: Lauren Calkins, Matt Darr, Jamie Hunter, Sarah Lambert, Mike Mero, Jr., Heather Schafer and Ryan Winkelman     

Staff present:  Superintendent Sandy Kreps; Principals Chuck Fuller, Dave Eack and Bert Wagner; Assistant Principal Stacy Maynard; Business Manager; Transportation Supervisor John Elkins; Technology Director Ryan Kisonas; Bookkeeper Dawn Nieuwkoop and Secretary Janie Dressel

Other attendees from the community were present. 

It was determined a quorum was present.  Mr. Mero welcomed the public.

2.       MASB – Discussion of Board Governance, Meeting Protocols

3.       Panel Discussion regarding pandemic protocols, issues

a.  Questions previously submitted were addressed.

b.  Additional questions from the community may be submitted on note cards

c.  Public comment

4.       Motion to Adjourn

A motion was made by Heather Schafer, at 8:38 p.m., supported by Sarah Lambert, to adjourn the June 3, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting.

The roll call vote passed 7 to 0.
