Using PowerPoint

Go to View: Toolbars
Do this three times and make sure the following toolbars
are checked:
1. Standard
2. Formatting
3. DrawingGo to Insert: New Slide
You may use slide templates to help you. . .Go to Insert: Picture: Clip
Art (or) From File
Clip Art selects the graphics in the PowerPoint
collection while From File allows you to select graphics
off of the fileserver.Go to SlideShow: Custom
Animations
There you can choose to have different animations on
bulleted statements in your slides.Go to SlideShow: Slide
Transitions
There you can choose to have different transitions on
each slide or one transition for the entire presentation.
Go to View: SlideShow
Please note that this is the only location that you will
see the slide transitions and/or animations that you
create.
