Directions:

  1. Together, we will read the Online Tutorial about the basic parts of a computer.
  2. Create a concept map including the terms listed above using Inspiration software
  3. Begin the concept map by double clicking each item on the following path - Home Drive: Middle School: Computers Class: Whats in a Computer
  4. Go to File: Save As, and save the map into your home folder (you should see your ID number at the top of the 'saving window')
  5. While working on your concept map, keep the following in mind:
    • Place words under the correct category provided on the map
    • Provide a definition for each word and insert a picture representing each given item (you will end up with 11 pictures all together)
    • Do not overlap information so that you cannot read your content or clearly view your pictures
  6. File: Print your concept when you are finished
