Use the Internet to Collect Data
Goal: To utilize online resources to locate
information about a state.
Directions:
- Begin your data collection by
double
clicking each item on the
following path - Start: My Computer: Middle School: Computers Class:
Research_States
- Go
to File: Save As, and
save the 'Research_States' document into your home folder
(you should see your ID number at the top of the 'saving window')
- Fill in the information
necessary on the Word document; Use the fact finding websites provided
below to help you
- File: Print your paper when you are finished
