Directions:
- Choose Font, Arial, Size 14, and Plain Text before you
begin.
- Go to View, Header and Footer
- Click on the centering button to center your
text/cursor
- Type Jobs I Know
- Touch RETURN
- Then type your name. (You don't need to touch
RETURN here)- Now click on Close in the Header/Footer
menu and click anywhere on your document.
- Go to Format: Columns and select Two.
- Go to Format: Bullets and Numbering. Select
Numbered 1. 2. 3. (This feature will put all the
numbers in your document for you.)
- Go to Format: Paragraph and under Line
spacing option, select 1.5 lines.
- You will fit 25 jobs in each of your 2 columns. Touch
enter multiple times to move your mouse down from one column
to the next.
- Begin typing the names of as many different jobs that
you can. Consider the kind of jobs a person might work at to
earn a living as an adult.
