First Impressions


First impressions are very important to an employer. If something about you is a concern to an employer, you may miss the opportunity to get the job you want.

Employers make decisions based upon your appearance.

  • How do they make these decisions?
  • What would they notice?
  • How could they know?(resume and references and questionnaire)
  • What clues could they pick up by looking at you an talking to you?
  • What do they look for?
