Accelerated Reader Incentives
 As
you probably know our school has an AR (Accelerated Reader) cart.
We try to keep this cart supplied with little trinkets, happy meal toys,
games and small school supplies that students can “buy” with the AR money that
they earn from taking computer tests for books they’ve read.
This has been a costly endeavor; one we felt was well worth it to reward
our students for their reading.
If you have any of the above items at home that you’d be willing to
donate or would be willing to pick up a few things for us, we would greatly
appreciate it.
PLEASE – No Candy.
We are trying to promote healthy habits.
You can send items in with your child or drop them off at the office
indication that it is for the AR cart.
