Directions:
1. Log onto
AppleWorks: Word Processing
|
2. Go to Windows: Show Tools
OR click on the little red toolbox to get your
tools out.
3. Select the Spreadsheet
tool (it has the numbers "1, 8, and 3" on it) and
drag a spreadsheet like the one shown to the right
(yours should actually show 'ABC' across the top
and go down to the number '9' on the
side)
4. Type the information into
the spreadsheet that we gathered in class

5. Using your Spreadsheet Tool, highlight your entire
spreadsheet
6. Go to Options: Make
Chart, select the type of chart you'd like (Bar, Line, and
Pie are required)
7. Now, you must label
the X, and Y axis of your graph. Double click on the axis
line that you wish to label - Then double click on the other
axis line that needs a label (the pie chart only requires a
title)
**Capitalize the first
word of your labels
You will end
up with 3 different graphs!!
